Scenario for this page: Three made-up sellers in a test copy, because the demo login’s plan is a free staff plan. Casey Lee is brand new and has no plan yet. Jordan Park is on a Premier trial with no card, and it ends in 5 days (the copy’s today is Oct 28, 2026, so it ends Nov 2). Maya Chen pays for Pro each month, and it renews Nov 28, 2026. The copy has no link to Stripe, so what Stripe sends, like the next charge amount or a card, is not in these pictures.
This page follows one made-up store, Harbor Toys, through January and February 2027. A plan is the set of tools you pay for each month. Sections that start with “Say instead” show a different path from the same story. The short page is Plans and billing. The amounts on this page leave out sales tax. Stripe adds sales tax when your address needs it. Your receipt then names it, like “That includes $2.10 tax.”

Premier and Pro

Before you have a plan

On Tuesday, January 5, 2027, you sign up. You have no plan yet, so SourceDock shows the plan page before anything else. Under Account, its title is Choose Your Plan. Its line says “Try any plan free for 14 days. No card required to start. Add one before the trial ends to keep your plan; if you do not, it simply stops and nothing is charged. Cancel anytime.” Premier costs “$29.99/mo”, which is 2,999 cents. Pro costs “$49.99/mo”, which is 4,999 cents. The full-month gap is 4,999 minus 2,999, which is 2,000 cents, or $20.00. A switch partway through a paid month can cost a different amount, as shown below.
The Premier card with a lightning icon, the price $29.99 /mo, and the line Free for 14 days, then $29.99/mo.

Casey Lee, no plan yet: the top of the Premier card. Notice $29.99 /mo and Free for 14 days, then $29.99/mo.

The Pro card with a Most Popular badge, a crown icon, the price $49.99 /mo, and the line Free for 14 days, then $49.99/mo.

Casey Lee: the top of the Pro card. Notice the Most Popular badge and $49.99 /mo.

The code box, Have a code?, sits under the title. Above the cards are two buttons, Monthly and Yearly. The Pro card has a Most Popular badge. The Premier card says “Free for 14 days, then $29.99/mo.” Its button is Start Free Trial, and under it is Skip the trial - subscribe now. You get one free trial per email and per Amazon store. If yours was already used, Start trial opens Checkout instead. It says This email or Amazon store has already used its free trial, so billing starts today. Checkout then asks for a card.

Billing, once you have a plan

If your plan ends later, Billing starts with the Access or trial code card. The plan cards come next, under Choose your plan. Its line then says Nothing was deleted. Choose a plan to turn paid features back on. Cancel anytime. There is no second free trial, so the buttons say Subscribe. With a store connected, that line gives the day your Amazon data is deleted instead. On Billing, each plan has a short line. Premier’s is Gate Scanner, Vault, Scout, Purchases, and Alerts, sized to start. Pro’s is More Vault, more Scout, CSV export, Capital Recovery, the Sales dashboard, and Account health. A check is one Gate Scanner look at one product. Vault is the list of products you watch. Scout is a daily look at another store’s product list. A seat is one person who can sign in.

What each plan has

The public plan table shows the plans side by side. Its first row is Purchases and Reconcile, with Included under each plan. Then come two groups, with their names shown in capitals. Under What changes by plan, each plan has its own cell. A cell says Included, Not included, During trial, or a number. Under Same on every plan, each row has one cell that spans both plans. Gate Scanner’s says “Unlimited, on every plan”. Vault alerts, Scout sell check, Chrome profit calculator, The Desk and Alerts, Auto-approval check, CSV import, and Easy setup each say On every plan. In a trial, Gate Scanner has 1,000 checks. That part is below. Ask Jax is in every trial, and on Pro and Flagship. The Billing cards list each plan’s rows in words, like Unlimited Gate Scanner checks, “Vault holds 100 products”, and Team seats: 1 (just you). Premier’s card ends with one more line: “Capital Recovery, Sales dashboard, Account health, and Google Sheets sync during your trial”. Pro has no trial line, because it has those tools outright.
Two plan cards side by side, Premier at $29.99/mo and Pro at $49.99/mo, each with its short line and its first eight rows, from Unlimited Gate Scanner checks to The Desk and Alerts.

Maya Chen, on Pro: the tops of the plan cards inside Compare plans. Notice Vault holds 100 products on Premier and 5,000 products on Pro.

Vault prices are checked again before they are 6 hours old. Scout checks each storefront once a day. The Desk shows the 3 things that need you most. Account health is checked about every 3 hours.

After a Premier trial

When a Premier trial ends and you pay, some tools stop. They are Capital Recovery, the selling-slowly alert, the Sales dashboard, expenses, Account health, Google Sheets sync, and the Capital Recovery Report. Reports already in your Google Drive stay. New ones stop. The Capital Recovery page then says “Please update your plan to Pro.” Its button is Update your plan. On the Features page, the Sales tile’s hint says “Sales is included on Pro.” Paid Premier keeps unlimited Gate Scanner checks, 100 Vault products, Vault alerts, 10 Scout storefronts, and the Scout sell check. It also keeps Purchases, the Chrome calculator, the Desk, CSV import, the auto-approval check, easy setup, and 1 seat. CSV export is not on Premier. One more rule: was your Premier plan already paying on October 20, 2026? Then it keeps the Sales dashboard and Account health, and expenses with them. They stay while that same plan stays on. If it ends, or a new plan replaces it, the rule above applies.

The yearly Pro bill

Click Yearly and look at Pro. The month price is still 4,999 cents. A year is charged as 10 months: 4,999 times 10 is 49,990 cents, or “$499.90”. The big number on the card is the year divided by 12, rounded to the cent. 49,990 divided by 12 is 4,165.83, which rounds to 4,166 cents. So the card shows “$41.66” and “/mo”, with the monthly price crossed out beside it. Under that, it says “Billed yearly ($499.90).” Twelve times 4,166 cents is 49,992 cents, or $499.92. That is 2 cents more than the bill, only because the month rate is rounded. You pay “$499.90”.
On Your plan, a yearly Pro plan shows “$499.90/yr”. The Yearly card in Compare plans shows “$41.66/mo” and “Billed yearly ($499.90).” Those are one bill in two layouts. Your own card does not cross out the monthly price. A Pro card you are not on does.
Premier has no yearly price. In the Yearly view, its card says Monthly only. and keeps “$29.99/mo”. For a new seller, the Premier card there says “Free for 14 days, then $29.99/mo.” The Pro card says “Free for 14 days, then $499.90/yr.” Your plan shows what Stripe charges you. A discount code can make that lower than the list price. The other cards keep the list price, so the two amounts can differ. While a plan is on, Compare plans is folded. Its line stays “Premier $29.99 · Pro $49.99 per month”, even when the cards inside are on Yearly.
A folded box titled Compare plans with the line Premier $29.99 · Pro $49.99 per month and a down arrow.

Maya Chen: Compare plans, folded. Notice the line Premier $29.99 · Pro $49.99 per month.

A 14-day trial with no card

At 9:00 AM Eastern on January 5, 2027, you click Start Free Trial on Premier. The box’s title is Start trial, and under it is No card required to start. The big line is “14 days free”, then “Premier”. The button is Start trial, no card is asked for, and you land on the Desk. SourceDock asks Stripe for 14 days from that minute. Your trial ends Tuesday, January 19, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern. Your 1,000 Gate Scanner checks count from January 5, 14 days before that end. A chip at the top counts whole days, rounded up, next to the link Update your billing information. At the start it says “You have 14 days left in your trial.” It says 14 until 13 days or fewer are left. In the last 24 hours it says “You have 1 day left in your trial.”
An orange bar: You have 5 days left in your trial. and the link Update your billing information.

Jordan Park, 5 days left: the chip at the top. Notice You have 5 days left in your trial. beside Update your billing information.

On Billing, Your plan shows the pill “Trial · 14d”, with the same rounding. The right side has one line, “Trial ends Jan 19, 2027. Add a card to keep Premier.” Its button is Add a card. The bottom line says No card yet.
The Your plan card: a Trial · 5D pill, Premier and its short line, Trial ends Nov 2, 2026. Add a card to keep Premier., an Add a card button, No card yet. at the bottom, and Change plan and Cancel plan.

Jordan Park: Your plan during the trial. Notice the pill Trial · 5D and the line Trial ends Nov 2, 2026. Add a card to keep Premier.

Under it are two cards, side by side on a wide screen. Payment method says No card yet, with no button of its own. Access or trial code holds the code box.
Two cards side by side: Payment method with No card yet, and Access or trial code with a Have a code? box and a Redeem button.

Jordan Park: the two cards under Your plan. Notice Payment method says No card yet, with no button of its own.

Billing shows some words in capital letters. They are the small labels and the pill on Your plan, the Payment method and Access or trial code titles, and the invoice column heads and status pills. This page writes them in normal letters. The welcome email says your trial is on and names the end date. It adds “It includes Capital Recovery, the Sales dashboard, Account health, and Google Sheets sync.” Then it says Nothing is charged during the trial. Put a card on file to keep going after it ends. If you add a card, your plan starts on the end date at the plan price. If you don’t, the trial stops and nothing is charged. Every billing email that can lead to a charge says how to cancel, for example: “To cancel, open Billing in SourceDock and click Cancel plan. It takes one click. Questions? Email support@sourcedock.io.” The trial-ending emails say it in fewer words: “To cancel, go to Billing and click Cancel plan.”

The 1,000 checks

A paid plan has no Gate Scanner limit. A trial gets 1,000 checks for the whole trial, not per day. Say your toy blender is ASIN B0EXAMPLE1: each look at it uses one check. Scout’s Run gate scan now and Gate scan all, and checks from the Chrome extension, use the same 1,000. The checks SourceDock runs by itself in the background are free. A notice shows once 200 or fewer checks are left. At 800 used, 1,000 minus 800 is 200, so you see “You have 200 free checks left in your trial.” Under it is “800 of 1,000 free checks used”. The count never goes above 1,000. The notice has a Start my plan button, which only shows once 200 or fewer checks are left. A card does not lift the 1,000. Starting your plan does, because a paid plan is not a trial. Say you have used 988 and you ask for 40. There is room for 1,000 minus 988, which is 12. The batch checks those 12, and the other 28 wait. The notice says “You used all 1,000 free checks. Start your plan to keep checking.” Under it is “28 ASINs are waiting. They run as soon as your plan starts.” On the first scan screen, a small line under the notice also says “We’re checking 12 ASINs. The other 28 are waiting. Start your plan to keep checking.”

Adding a card

On Thursday, January 7, 2027, you add a card, and the 1,000 limit stays. The email’s subject is “Your SourceDock plan starts January 19, 2027”. It says your card is on file, so your plan keeps going when the trial ends. If you cancel before the charge, nothing is charged. Your plan now shows First charge. The amount is Stripe’s preview: with no discount, “$29.99”. Under it are the end date and the card, like “Jan 19, 2027 · Visa •••• 1881”. The bottom line says “Free trial ends Jan 19, 2027, then billing starts.” The Payment method card says “Visa ending in 1881”. Under it is a line like “Exp 08/28 · Default for renewals”. It is the same card as on Your plan, just written another way. A week before the end, a reminder email goes out. It goes only when a card is on file, and only when more than 3 days and at most 7 days are left. For a trial ending January 19 at 9:00 AM Eastern, that runs from Tuesday, January 12, at 9:00 AM until just before Saturday, January 16, at 9:00 AM. Its title is Your free trial is ending, and its subject is “Your SourceDock trial ends January 19, 2027: $29.99 on the card on file”. About 3 days before the end, SourceDock sends one more email. With a card, it is the same Your free trial is ending email. With no card, the subject is “Your free trial ends January 19, 2027”. It says Add a card to keep going. Nothing gets deleted. Then If you do not add a card, your account pauses when the trial ends. If Harbor Toys is connected, that no-card email leaves out “Nothing gets deleted.” It gives the day SourceDock deletes your Amazon data instead.

The morning the trial ends

With a card, January 19 is the first charge: “$29.99” for Premier, with no discount. The email’s title is Your plan started. It says “Your free trial ended and your SourceDock Premier plan started at $29.99 a month.” Then it says “We charged $29.99 to the card on file on January 19, 2027.” With no card, Stripe ends the trial and nothing is charged. The subject is Your SourceDock free trial ended, and the title is Your free trial ended. It says “Your free trial of SourceDock Premier ended, so your account is paused.” With no store, it adds Nothing was deleted. Pick a plan to turn it back on.

Start my plan

Say instead that on Monday, January 11, 2027, you have 150 checks left. You click Start my plan. The box’s title is Start your plan now. Its line is Your card will be charged right now, and Gate Scanner will have no limit. The rows say “Premier plan” with “$29.99 today”, Next charge with “February 11, 2027”, and Card with “Visa ending in 1881”. Today’s charge is the full month. The trial days you skip don’t lower it. The next charge is one month after today. Then you read By clicking Pay now, you agree to this: and “Your free trial ends now. We will charge your card $29.99 today, then every month until you cancel. To cancel, go to Billing and click Cancel plan.” The button is Pay now. When it works, a message says Gate Scanner has no limit now and “Your Premier plan started today. We emailed your receipt.” If ASINs were waiting, it adds that they are being checked now. With no card yet, the box first says Step 1 of 2: add a card. After the card, it says Step 2 of 2: start your plan. with the charge line. If your plan is set to end, Start my plan says no until you turn it back on. For this trial it would say “Your plan is set to end on January 19, 2027. Turn it back on in Billing first.” A card that is turned down says Your card was declined. Nothing was charged. Try a different card.

Codes

On Billing, the code box says Have a code?, with a Redeem button. SourceDock checks a code in this order: a 4-week trial code, then a discount code, then a free access code. Say instead that on Friday, January 8, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern, you type code HBR2K4. You are already in a trial, so a box opens right away. A 4-week code lasts 28 times 24 hours. So your new end is Friday, February 5, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern. The box’s title is “Use code HBR2K4”, and under it is Nothing is charged today. The big line is “28 days free”. Then it says “Your trial will end February 5, 2027.” and “(It was going to end January 19, 2027.)” Harbor Toys has a card on file, so the box shows By clicking Use code, you agree to this: and the new terms. Your first charge moves to February 5. With no card, it says Nothing is charged. Add a card before then to keep your plan. The button is Use code, and then a message says Code used. If you have no plan yet, a code asks you to pick one first. A banner says “Code HBR2K4 gives you 4 weeks free. Pick a plan.” Each card’s button says Start 4-week trial. On a brand-new seller’s Premier card, the price line says “Free for 4 weeks, then $29.99/mo.” Your Gate Scanner checks start over. You get a fresh 1,000 from the moment you use the code. Checks earlier that day (UTC), before the code, don’t count. Each person can use one 4-week code, and a second try says You already used a 4-week code. A discount code saved before you have a plan says “Code TOY20 is saved. It goes on the plan you pick below.” On a trial it says “Code TOY20 is on your plan now.” In the trial box, the note is This code is included when you start the trial. A paid plan can’t take a new code: it says This code is for new plans. You already have a plan. Some codes work on monthly plans only. On a yearly pick you see This code works on monthly plans only. A code saved in the box is named, like “Code TOY20 works on monthly plans only.” If the code is already on your plan and you switch to yearly, you see Your code works on monthly plans only. You can switch to yearly when it ends. Free access from a code shows the pill Beta access. The bottom line says Beta access through the end date, then Nothing is charged.

One paid month on Billing

Back to the main story: Harbor Toys kept its card, and its first charge went through on January 19. It is now Friday, February 19, 2027. You are on Premier, monthly, with no discount. Open Billing, and the cards come in this order. Your plan shows Premier, the pill Active, and “$29.99/mo”, with Premier’s line under it. The right side says Next charge. Its amount is Stripe’s preview: “$29.99” at the list price. Under it is “Mar 19, 2027 · Visa •••• 1881”.
The Your plan card: an Active pill, Pro with its short line, and Renews on Nov 28, 2026.

Maya Chen, paying for Pro: the left side of Your plan. Notice the green Active pill and Renews on Nov 28, 2026.

The bottom line says “Renews on Mar 19, 2027.” on a US computer. The buttons are Change plan and Cancel plan. These dates use your computer’s date style. Emails and the past-due banner use US Eastern time, so near midnight the days can differ. Next, side by side, are Payment method and Access or trial code. The card line is “Visa ending in 1881”, then the expiry and Default for renewals. Then comes Invoices. The line under it says Receipts are emailed to and your account email. The columns are Date, Invoice, Description, Amount, and Status. Each row also has a download icon. Hover it, and it says Download PDF. The first 5 invoices show. Today’s row has the day Stripe made the invoice, “Feb 19, 2027”. The description is “Premier · monthly”. Under it is the period, “Feb 19 – Mar 19, 2027”, which drops the first year since both days are in 2027. The amount is “$29.99”, and the status is Paid. Paid means the invoice was paid and was more than $0. A paid invoice of $0 says Free. An unpaid invoice the card turned down says Failed. The receipt email’s subject is “Your SourceDock receipt: $29.99 paid February 19, 2027”. Its title is Payment received. It says “We received your payment of $29.99 for SourceDock Premier ($29.99 a month) on February 19, 2027.” The receipt names the plan the invoice paid for. Once a year, a monthly renewal also brings a reminder of your plan’s terms: the renewal invoice made 25 to 40 days before a yearly anniversary of your first paid day. Harbor Toys first paid on January 19, 2027, so the next anniversary is January 19, 2028. The December 19, 2027 renewal is 31 days before it, so the reminder comes then. The November 19, 2027 renewal is 61 days before, so it does not. Company details for invoices sits with the list. If Stripe turns down a tax ID, you see Stripe says that tax ID isn’t valid. Check the number and try again. Nothing was changed. With no plan yet, you see Start a plan first. Your company details save once you have one. Compare plans is folded. Its line is “Premier $29.99 · Pro $49.99 per month”. Change plan opens it and scrolls to it. Your own card’s button says Current plan. Last comes the fine print: Payments are processed by Stripe. All plans are non-refundable; cancel anytime from this page and access continues to the end of the paid period. Its link is Refund policy.

A failed payment

Say instead that the first charge fails. Stripe tries it at 10:00 AM Eastern on Tuesday, January 19, 2027, and the card says no. The email’s subject is We could not process your SourceDock payment. It says “Your SourceDock Premier payment of $29.99 was declined by your card.” If Stripe names a retry day, the email names it too. If not, it says We will retry the payment automatically over the next few days. You keep access for 3 days: 72 hours from the failure. 10:00 AM on January 19 plus 72 hours is 10:00 AM Eastern on Friday, January 22, 2027. Your tools stay on until that minute, and at 10:00 AM on January 22 they stop. During those 3 days, a banner says Payment failed. Its line is “Update your payment method to keep access. Access ends January 22, 2027.” Its button is Fix payment. The banner’s date is in Eastern time. On Your plan, the pill is Past due and the right side says Amount due. That is what the failed invoice still owes, or the plan price if that invoice hasn’t loaded. The line under it says “Failed Jan 19 · access ends Jan 22” on a US computer. After January 22, it says only “Failed Jan 19”. The Payment method card’s line turns red, like “Declined Jan 19 · Exp 08/28”. After the 3 days, other pages show a banner titled We could not take payment. It says Your data is still here. Update your card to restore paid features. Its button is Update payment. Billing itself does not show this banner. A paused page says “The Vault is paused”, then Nothing was deleted. We could not take payment - update your card and this turns straight back on. Its button is Update payment. The Desk says Paid features are paused. Update your card to turn the desk back on. If Harbor Toys is connected, the banner and the paused pages say something else. They say SourceDock deletes your Amazon store data on a date in Eastern time, then Pick a plan before then to keep it. Fix payment opens Pay with a new card. It says Enter a new card. It replaces the card on file and pays what’s due now. The button names the amount, like “Save and pay $29.99”. Saving the card pays the open invoice, so it is not a second purchase. When it goes through, a message says Payment went through and “Your new card paid $29.99, and everything is back on.” The invoice now says Paid. The Amazon data clock does not start at the failed charge. It starts when access ends: here, 10:00 AM Eastern on January 22, 2027. The data section below uses that time.

Switching plans

Say instead that on Saturday, January 9, 2027, during the trial, you click Switch to Pro. SourceDock changes your plan right away. It does not end the trial, and nothing is charged today. A message says Plan updated and “You’re on Pro. Your trial continues; the new price starts when it ends.” With your card on file and no discount, the January 19 charge is then “$49.99”, not “$29.99”. After the trial, Switch to Premier or Switch to Pro opens Stripe’s confirm page. A move up to Pro is charged right away, for the days left in this billing period. A move down to Premier charges nothing now. Stripe keeps a credit for the unused days and takes it off your next bills. SourceDock does not work out those cents, so the amount can differ from the full-month gap of $20.00. If your plan is set to cancel, Switch to Pro first turns the cancel off. If you then leave Stripe’s page, your plan keeps going. You can cancel again. Premier in the Yearly view still buys the monthly price. Its card says Monthly only.

Cancelling

Say instead that on Thursday, January 21, 2027, you click Cancel plan. You are on paid Premier, and your month runs through February 19, 2027. Your plan stays on until then. It does not stop the minute you click. The pill says “Cancels Feb 19”, and the bottom line says “Cancels on Feb 19, 2027. You keep access until then.” There is no Next charge part. The button turns into Resume plan, and while it saves it says Working… The email’s subject is Your SourceDock subscription is cancelled. It says You will not be charged again. Then it says “You will keep access until February 19, 2027. After that, your account pauses.” Plans are not refunded, so access runs through the time you already paid for. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. The trial’s tools stay on until the trial ends. If you cancel while a payment is past due, the unpaid bill may still be charged. Access then lasts only until the 3 days end, not until the old month end.

What happens to your data

Amazon data means the sales, fees, orders, reports, and Capital Recovery numbers SourceDock got from Amazon. When you disconnect a store, your own work stays: the purchases you added, your costs, the Vault, and Scout. The email’s line for your own work also names receipts and settings. SourceDock deletes Amazon data 29 times 24 hours after the event. The disconnect box says 30 days, which is Amazon’s limit, so SourceDock deletes a day early. Dates on screen use a short Eastern date, like “Feb 23, 2027”. Emails use a long one, like “February 23, 2027”. Say you disconnect Harbor Toys on Monday, January 25, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern. 29 days later is Tuesday, February 23, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern. The box says “Harbor Toys will be disconnected. SourceDock stops reading Amazon for it and deletes the data it got from Amazon in 30 days. The purchases you added, your costs, the Vault and Scout stay. Reconnect within 30 days to keep everything.” The email says “On February 23, 2027, SourceDock will delete the data it got from Amazon for this store.” Then That means its sales, fees, orders, reports and Capital Recovery numbers. It also says “Want to keep it? Reconnect Amazon before February 23, 2027 and nothing is lost.” So reconnect by February 22. A plan that ends starts the same clock, from the minute access ends. For the failed charge above, that is 10:00 AM Eastern on January 22, 2027, not January 19. 29 days later is Saturday, February 20, 2027, at 10:00 AM Eastern. In Settings, the store says “Pick a plan by Feb 19, 2027, or SourceDock deletes this store’s Amazon data.” That Settings line is for a plan that ended. If Amazon stops letting SourceDock read a store, Settings says Reconnect by the date, then or SourceDock deletes this store’s Amazon data. A store you disconnected gets no line there. If your plan comes back on before the deleting starts, the clock stops. After the data is deleted, you can still reconnect. SourceDock will get your data from Amazon again.
Delete account starts a 30-day clock for the whole account. Say instead that on Wednesday, January 20, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern, you click Delete account… The row says “Starts a 30-day grace period.” For a paid plan it adds Your plan is cancelled at the end of the current period, and nothing more is charged. Then it says “After 30 days the account and all data are permanently removed.” and Until then you can sign in and click Keep my account.
The box’s title is Delete account? You type your password under Confirm your password, unless you sign in with Google. The button is Delete my account, and while it saves it says Scheduling… The other button is Keep account. SourceDock stops reading Amazon right away. Your Amazon data goes first, on day 29: Thursday, February 18, 2027, after 9:00 AM Eastern. The delete job runs every hour, so the data is gone once that day’s hourly run is done. The row now says “Deletion scheduled for February 19, 2027”. On day 30, February 19, SourceDock removes the account and the rest of your data. Its job checks every 6 hours, so this happens within a few hours after 9:00 AM Eastern. To undo it before then, click Keep my account. A trial’s row says Your trial will not turn into a paid plan, and nothing is charged. A past-due row says Your plan will not renew. Your last payment did not go through, so that unpaid bill may still be charged. If you click Keep my account after that run on February 18, a message says Your account is back. SourceDock already deleted the data it got from Amazon, so reconnect Amazon to get it again. If the delete request is what canceled your plan, you see Deletion is cancelled and your plan continues. If you had canceled before, you see Deletion is cancelled. Your plan stays as it was before you asked.

Team seats

Premier’s card says Team seats: 1 (just you). Pro’s says “Team seats: 5 (you and 4 team members)”, and Flagship has the same 5. You count as one seat, so Premier has room for no one else. Say Harbor Toys is on Pro, with 3 team members and 1 open invite. Seats used are you, plus the members, plus the open invites: 1 plus 3 plus 1, which is 5. The Team tab says “5 of 5 seats used”. Hover it to read The account owner counts as one seat. You also see Every seat is taken. Remove someone or cancel an invite to free a seat. After you send an invite, a message says “Invite sent to sam@harbor.example. The link works for 7 days.” Now say you move to Premier. Everyone else is paused. You see “Your plan has no team seats. Pro has 5 seats, and you count as one.” and Your plan has no team seats. SourceDock paused your team members. A paused person stays on the team but can’t use your account. When you move back to a plan with room, as many as fit come back right away. A team member gets no plan button when your plan is paused. They see The account owner’s plan has paused and Nothing was deleted. Paid features come back when the account owner turns the plan back on.

Flagship for sellers who already have it

Flagship costs “$99.99/mo”, which is 9,999 cents. New sellers can pick Premier or Pro. A seller who is paying for Flagship, in a Flagship trial, or past due on it still sees the Flagship card. Its line is Volume for serious operators. Pro and Flagship have every limit the same, and only the price differs. So Switch to Pro keeps the 5,000 Vault products, the 100 storefronts, the 5 seats, CSV export, and the tools Premier only has in a trial. Trying to buy Flagship when you don’t already have it says “That plan is not offered anymore. Pick Premier or Pro.”
