Say a brand owner complains to Amazon about one of your listings. That complaint can lower your Account Health Rating, and a low rating can get your account shut down. The Account health page shows these numbers from Amazon, so you see a problem early. Click your picture, then Health. Or press Ctrl K and type “Account health”. To put it on your bar, go to Account > Features and turn on Health. If you have more than one store, pick the store at the top of the app first. The page shows that store’s numbers. For one made-up store walked through every metric, band and warning, see Account health, in depth.

What the page shows

Account Health Rating

Amazon’s score for your account, from 0 to 1,000. SourceDock puts it in a band: The dot next to Health in the menu shows the same color: green, amber, or red. It is gray before the first check.

Account status

One row for each Amazon marketplace: Normal, At risk, or Deactivated. Click Open Account Health in Seller Central to see Amazon’s own page.

Intellectual property

  • IP complaints received: how many times a brand or rights owner told Amazon one of your listings broke their rights.
  • Suspected IP violations: listings Amazon itself thinks may break a brand’s rights, before any owner complained.
Each one says how many are new since the last check.

Other policy issues

The total of Amazon’s other policy problems on your account, like listing policy violations, product safety complaints, and policy warnings. Click it to see each kind. It says None open. when there are none.

Customer service

Your Order defect rate: out of your orders, the share that got a bad review, an A-to-z claim, or a chargeback. A bar shows how close you are to Amazon’s limit. If you also ship orders yourself, Seller-shipped orders shows your late shipment rate, cancellation rate, valid tracking rate, and on-time delivery rate, each against Amazon’s target.

How often it updates

SourceDock reads Amazon’s account health report for your store about every 3 hours. You can’t start a check yourself. The top of the page says when it Last checked. If a check fails, you keep the last good numbers.

Put it on the Desk

Go to Account > Features and turn on Health strip on desk. The Desk then shows your rating, IP complaints, other policy issues, and order defect rate in place of the Needs you card. Turn it off and Needs you comes back. The same switch turns on health alerts. You get an alert under Health on the Alerts page when your band drops or a new IP complaint arrives. See Alerts.

Plans and team members

Account health is part of Pro. A Premier trial has it too. On Premier after the trial, the page says it is included on Pro. To share it with a team member, turn on Health in their pages. See Team members.
